Cor blimey, that's nearly another week gone by, I don't know where the time goes!
I've been trying to build up some stock for the Homespun Fair - I thought I'd make some new improved 'Owl In The Moon' mobiles...
I'd made a few and decided that they all looked rather nice together...
(Sorry the photographs are a bit fuzzy - it's been dark here all day today!)
I think I must have been somewhat influenced by Dots and Spots lovely new poster - and this is my version...
Designed to either hang on the wall or from the ceiling and filled with lavender to aid sleep!
And as a final little touch I added some text - can you read it?
I thought it would make a lovely gift for a new born baby, what do you think?

Beautiful, as always. Love the fabrics you've used and the details on the middle two.
ReplyDeleteoh my god WANT WANT WANT. those are so cute.
ReplyDeleteStop making me clucky Kirsty! Although I quite fancy this for me. I think a parliament of owls is just what I need to aid my sleep. Love your stuff, I'd fill the house to the brim with it if I could. And thanks for your lovely words of encouragement this week. Laura x
ReplyDeleteThey look great together all in a row, really lovely.
ReplyDeleteOh Kirsty, the phrase on the bottom made me go all teary eyed !! I don't think it is just the hormones... ;-)
ReplyDeleteYour owls are delightful and different from the seaside theme. Though of course, you could now start working on 'the owl and pussycat' in their pea green boat - wouldn't that be fab?
I'm hoping SO MUCH to come along to the Homespun fair...
Happy days,
Denise x
Love all the colours and the little phrase at the bottom really finishes them off. Gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous - in competition for the lovely robins (only have one left!) I've always loved your earlier owl too - just had another peak - can't decide which I prefer! Thank you very much for the mention - no problem - I like to share what I see! Working on owl poster number 3 currently then it's off to the printers!
