It's been a while since I've done any collages, and it has been great to work in this way again: using scraps of old magazines to build up scenes like this one of Polperro.
This one was commissioned by a friend of mine who is moving away and wants a reminder of beautiful Cornwall.
I have a couple more commissions in the pipeline (which I will share will you in due course, naturally!) and I also have to produce a couple more, because I am going to exhibit in a real-life exhibition!! This is a big deal for me, because I haven't exhibited in a real-life exhibition since my degree show......um, 18 years ago!
Thanks for reading! Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteThe latest collage work looks incredible! Collage is such a creative way to express ideas and emotions through art. Balancing my own projects with studying has been a challenge lately, so I’ve been thinking about finding an online class taker to help me stay on top of everything and keep my creative flow going.
ReplyDeleteYour latest collage work is stunning! It’s amazing how you can combine different elements to create something so visually appealing. With my busy schedule, especially trying to keep up with my online math class, I sometimes wish I could just pay someone to do my online math class so I could dedicate more time to creative projects like this.
