I LOVE your new website Kirsty - I've been having a good old look round, it's wonderful, you must be pleased. Sorry about the deleted comment, it had a typo in it that didn't make sense! (new phone/auto spell). I hope you make lots of sales through your lovely new website :) x
Really lovely website - I especially like that the "about" page has a video about you and your little houses; that's probabaly the best way, in our day and age, to present what you do to the rest of the world.
The only thing I can offer would be to "lose" scroll bars. For e.g. when you first get to your website, you need to scroll down in order to see the "knock on the door" sign. If you moved everything up and made the main image a tiny bit smaller, everything could fit on one page and this would make the navigation for the users easier.
P.S. Sorry for being the "web police", but having designed quite a few websites, I seem tobe unable not to spot mistakes.
What a truely lovely way to begin a day - visiting your new site!! But i have to admit that i was enjoying the sound of the ocean birds and the lovely sculpture before me so much I delayed knocking for some time - didn't want to interrupt the mood.
Wonderful new site. Congratulations and wishing you continued success with your art.
Your website looks great. I like how you kept it simple yet catchy. It’s filled with information and graphics. People who will visit the site will leave without questions on their mind because you have laid out every detail. And if they want to contact you to know more about your company and your service, it’s just easy for them to reach you. Keep it up! Marta Terry @ Canyon Marketing
You know what? Your website is so cool! :D I love the “knock on the door” idea very much! Hahaha. I felt the excitement after I clicked it, and I’m certain that the rest of your followers felt it too! You made us wonder! You really have to give credit to the developers and designers of your website! David West @ eKzact
C'est comme si j'étais sur un nuage: douceur, sérénité, bonheur de vivre... J'ai mis votre "village" en fond d'écran de mon ordinateur. A quand votre prochain post?
Hi- thanks for visiting my blog!
I live in Cornwall with my partner and 2 young sons and we all love the beach! I have a background in illustration and printmaking, but now prefer to combine my love of beachcombing, textiles and all things nautical to create unique handcrafted cards and home accessories.
So why call the blog sixty one A? It's the number of the beach hut which has been in the family for about 4 decades. My siblings and I virtually grew up there, and now our children can get to enjoy it too!
I knocked on the door and went in!! Absolutely loved it, xx
ReplyDeleteLovely new site ... Knocked on the door and looked around :)

The seagulls crying is a perfect sound for your new website, very good color and so easy to 'navigate'around . A success!
